Building a repeat-purchase engine.
“The first order was never where our margin lived. Once the structure reflected that, everything else followed.”Ecommerce Manager, Frisco
Most Amazon accounts are managed to look healthy, not to become healthy. We started Metrics Arena to manage them the other way round.
Before 2020, we were freelancers, working inside Amazon brands’ ad accounts one client at a time.
Month after month, we watched the same pattern. Reports came back green. Clients were told everything was fine. But when we looked past ACOS, the brands weren’t actually growing. They were standing still, and paying more for it every year.
Eventually, the pattern was impossible to ignore. Great-looking reports, standing-still brands. Something had to change, and no one else seemed willing to change it.
So we did.
In 2020, we started Metrics Arena with a small group of brands and one simple ambition: every brand we work with should be stronger on Amazon a year from now than it is today, not just cheaper to advertise.
That ambition carried us from two freelancers to 50+ people across the US and Pakistan, and from our first accounts to over $85M in managed ad spend.
We’re still chasing the same thing we started with: helping brands reach the place on Amazon where they stop renting growth and start owning it.
Every client report shows organic keyword position alongside advertising performance. If rank isn’t moving, we’d rather you saw it than didn’t.
No paid social, no Google, no website builds. One marketplace, studied properly. Breadth would cost us the depth this work depends on.
Tuning bids inside a badly built account produces small gains and hides the real problem. We fix the architecture first, even when that takes longer to show results.
Your account, your campaign structures, your data. If we part ways, all of it stays with you. Nothing we do is designed to make leaving difficult.
Every account gets the same three specialists. You’ll meet your account manager on your strategy call. Your campaign architect and performance analyst work alongside them, and you’ll see their work in every report.
How your account is built: campaign structure, keyword research, and the rank targets each campaign is engineered to move.
How your account runs day to day: bid and budget management, search term harvesting, and negative keyword control.
Your strategy, your reporting and your monthly reviews. Your direct point of contact from day one.
